この格闘技の特徴は日常に有り得る格闘を想定している為、Tシャツ、スパッツ、スウェット上下に帯（ベルト）を用いて畳、マットリングの上で闘う武道的な考えを持ったスポーツであります。
　競技自体、組技から入り、投げ・関節・締め・押え込み等を争いポイント、ギブアップで勝負を決めます。
　他にサブミッションスペシャルルールとして蹴り、パンチを用いた練習、道着対策として柔道、サンボを行っています。
　しかしサブミッション アーツ レスリングの柱は組技である。柱なしでは家は建たないと言うことを覚えておいて貰いたい。
　現在は段位認定証を発行し、練習生に５級から段位迄与える段級審査会を年３回実施している。

　

　

　A character of this martiial art is that we have to fight on Tatami or ring-mat with wearing T-shirts,short pants,under and top sweat wear and tiing Obi(Japanese belt)because of we think offighting in dairy life. And also we mean this sports having a mind of"Bushido".
　At the beginning of this martial art match,we begin to do "Kumiwaza(to grapple)" and we fight"Nage(to throw)""Kansetsu(Submission)""Shime(to wring)""Osaekomi(to hold your opponentperson down)". Then we judge the victory or defeat be point that fighting person has or to giveup opponent person.
　The submission has special rules,for that we are well trained with using punch or Keri(to kick)and also we practice Judo and Sanbo for doing strong fight with wearing Judo wear.
　But a prop of Submission Arts Wrestling is "Kumiwaza"(to grapple and hit with your opponent).
　Remember that the house cannot build without a prop.
　At present,we publish authorization card ,and we are carried out a judging committee threetimes of one year for giving a grade which is from 5th-kyu up to Dan.
